...was on the way to somewhere else...

when a billow of white smokes in the distance caught our view...sped towards it...we should be driving away from it if that ominous stack happened to be a bushfire...my travelling companion and I were curious to see the actual flames and we turned into a dirt road towards someplace called nethercote, worried about the wildlife that might be threatened right there among them aflame valleys...stopped on a vantage hillock in a private property with a 'for sale' sign...it was a spectacular burn-off after all thank goodness...

...possibilities of bushfires down here at the coast implore me to re-evaluate my entire life...
thank the rural fire service, most often than not they are burn-offs to minimise those...
